The international conference, now in its 8th edition, is well known to be the most important international event in the area of sensory analysis and consumer sciences.
Among others, the scientific contribution “Consumer perception of freshness in minimally processed vegetables” will be presented.
Adacta has participated to the experimental research stage that has originated this scientific publication.

An area of approximately 500 square meters, with sensory laboratory, experimental kitchen, area for the consumer test, toiletries and beauty care area tests and a large space dedicated to sample preparation and logistics.
